We are becoming progressively more comfortable with custom PC's. It is not yet a specialty of ours. Feel free to call and discuss your specific issue. We would be happy to help if we are confident that we can do an exceptional job on your project.

When we say data recovery we mean a storage device with failed hardware. This is a service we are not currently able to offer. This requires specialized training and a clean room environment. We can refer you to a mail in service. If it is simply a matter of the rest of the hardware failing, like the laptop or desktop, we can do a simple data transfer. We are experts in data transfers. If you are unsure, give us a call or stop by. We can do a free diagnosis.

Repair times vary depending on the complexity of the issue, but most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days of receiving parts. We strive to provide fast and efficient service while maintaining high-quality results. We do not currently stock parts because there are too wide a variety of models that come in the door.

At 1PC, we combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. Also, although not directly related to computer service, we are certified for recycling which requires an audit that includes background checks for all employees at our facility.
